USA HOCKEY ON LINE REGISTRATION Begins April 1st 2010
for the Fall 2010-2011 season.
We will begin to use the USA Hockey On Line Registration Process going forward for all of our yearly program registrations needs. The programs that will be effected by this change for the 2010-2011 season are as follows:
- All Travel Hockey Teams (Midget-Mites)
- In-House Program
- Learn to Skate
Below are Step by Step Instructions for completing the On Line Registration.
A Step by Step guide to Online Registration
The USA Hockey season goes from May 1 through April 30. Online registration for the 2010-2011 season will be available starting APRIL 1, 2010. From April 1 through July 31, there will be two seasons available for online registration: 2009-109 (current) season registrations to allow new members to participate in summer leagues running from May through August, 2010-11 (next) season registrations for people signing up for the next season that begins on September 1, 2010. ONLY REGISTER FOR THE 2010-2011 SEASON.
1. Go to http://www.usahockeyregistration.com/
2. Choose member type "Ice Player & Coach".
3. You must be 18 years of age to process a registration…. Check the box that acknowledges that YOU are 18 or older.
4. Select the correct season – "2010-11". <<< Beginning APRIL 1 >>>
5. Follow the prompts…fill in all data correctly. Use Names that are lisited on your Birth Certificates.... No Nicknames. Coaches be very careful that the name you use here matches what you provided for your Coaching Certifications (CARD).
6. Process payment $40.00 – Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (credit or debit card).
7. You may print your Confirmation page at this time. It will also be emailed to you immediately after the registration is completed.
Each participant will pay the USA Hockey fee of $30 if age 7 or older. The USA Hockey fee is waived for age 6 (birth year 2004) and younger but the registration must still be completed to get the confirmation number. Participants will also pay any applicable Affiliate fee. In Connecticut you will also pay the $10.00 CHC dues. If a participant plays and coaches he/she pays only one registration fee.
Additional information:
The home address should be used for all participants. If a player lives in one state and plays in another, enter the home address and pay any applicable Affiliate fee. The confirmation page/number will be accepted by any USA Hockey program in the country. Need a computer? Try your local library or school. A Visa gift card can be used for payment if no credit card is available. An email address is required. You can use a friend’s address if you don’t have one.
Registration Complete
Once the registration is complete you can do one of two options:
1. Print and bring the confirmation page with you to our open house in May and turn it in with your signed Commitment Agreement (Preferred Method). WE NEED THE COPY THAT HAS THE PRINTED BAR CODE ON THE CONFIRMATION.
2. Print the Confirmation Page that includes your registration number and the Bar Code and Mail to:

All on line registrations for travel teams Including Midgets, must be received by August 1, 2010. For In-House and Learn to Skate programs further instructions will follow as we get closer to your start dates, however, you will bring the Confirmation Form, with the registration number and bar code to the first session in the Fall.
IF YOUR USAH REGISTRATION CONFIRMATION IS NOT RECEIVED BY AUGUST 1, 2010 YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE IN CONDITIONING CAMPS OR PRACTICES UNTIL THIS FORM IS RECEIVED BY THE REGISTRAR... COACHES WILL BE GIVEN A LIST OF SKATERS, PRIOR TO PRACTICES AND CAMPS, THAT ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO PARTICIPATE.
